Utilities & Variable Charges
Water, sewer, or other utilities are not included in your rent. You are responsible for payment each month based on actual usage. These charges are billed separately from rent and are outlined in your lease agreement. Failure to pay variable charges may constitute a lease violation.
Pursuant to Virginia Code § 55.1-1204.1, ‘Rent’ includes all money owed to the landlord under the lease agreement, excluding the security deposit. For updated rental rates, please check our floor plan availability page(s).

Windigrove Apartments provides pet-friendly apartments with the following conditions:
- Pets shall not weigh more than 25 lbs. at full maturity. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment unit.
- The following breeds are restricted from Windigrove Apartments: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, and Spitz.
- A non-refundable one-time fee is required for all pets.
- Additional fees are required.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Windigrove will always hold a special place in my family’s heart. The grounds were always clean, staff was always magnificent, you rarely hear neighbors, and the apartments are spacious. Very family friendly and especially pet friendly. Even though majority of people have dogs, you wouldn’t know it. It was always clean! Never had a problem. I have to give major support to the maintenance staff. They are always there when you need them. They always got the job done. Highly recommend this apartment to everyone.
